I need a quick help on this:
a) We have Period Control '11' for Additions i.e. Depreciation to start from beginning of the following month
b) For the same Year of original Acquisition, when I post an Addition, the system is computing depreciation from retrospective effect from the captitalization date/original Depreciation Start Date, and posting the adjustment amount in the month of the Additions (this should not be the case i.e. Original Acq was 01.01.2013 & dep started on it from 01.02.2013, and now Addition made on 01.06.2013 and the Dep on this should start from 01.07.2013, whereas, the system is considering the Dep on Addition to start from 01.02.2013 and posting the retrospect adjustment value in 01.06.2013 month
c) However, if I make Addition anytime in next fiscal year i.e. suppose on 01.02.2014, then the above anomaly is not encountered i.e. no retrspoect effect of any adjustment.
Am I missing something somewhere to have considered to address this.
